Jonathan Hardie

As a first-born American citizen, my main focus is on generational wealth and legacy planning. 

The son of a Jamaican father and Haitian born mother, hard work, education, and respect for my elders was engrained in me from an early age. As such, when my grandparents began passing away, it surprised me that my parents needed to take on such a large financial burden.  

It wasn’t until my mother-in-law passed, that I got my firsthand experience in the ramifications of having assets, without a plan.

With an initial background in R&D Chemistry, attention to detail has always been important to me. And with new realizations and understanding of the financial and legal systems, I decided to focus that same energy into making sure the rest of my friends and family have a true financial plan. 

Though the passion I have for research and development will never disappear, I’ve found planning for people to be much more rewarding than planning for patents.

My core tenant is that our parents and grandparents gave a lot to get us here; it is our job to make sure we do our best to pass it on.
